As someone who has spent nearly 14 years following a vegan diet, with just some fish over the last year or so, non-dairy milks have been a part of my morning routine for all 14 of those years.
There are very few non-dairy alternatives that come WITHOUT stabilizers, gums, carrageen or oils.
As my nutritionist bff can attest, the fewer ingredients the better.
There are stabilizers, gyms, etc. that are GRAS (generally recognized as safe by FDA) but they can also alter taste and lead to stomach unpleasantries nobody wants.
