Mix It Up!


Oatmeal is such a great food.


It’s natural, heart-healthy, low-calorie, high in fiber, has protein and is gluten-free**


It’s also bland! You can cook it in water but you can also cook it in plant-based mylk to infuse more flavor.

You can add:

  • salt or brown sugar

  • raisins or dried cranberries

  • fresh apples or mango

  • nuts or chocolate chips


The list is pretty long, so MIX IT UP and make this healthy dish fun!




I made my last batch with water but added chopped dried apricots, fresh blueberries and a big tsp of peanut butter... YUM 😋
