A Berry Peachy Matcha Smoothie

Yonni Wattenmaker

Green tea has so many powerful health benefits from antioxidants to cancer-prevention, improved brain and liver function to aiding in weight loss. But you don’t need to sip a hot cup or cold brew to enjoy it ~ you can add some matcha powder to your smoothies, amplifying its impact by adding it to your favorite fruits and veggies!

Here is my recipe for A Berry Peachy Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/3 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup milk of nut milk or coconut blend

  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Blend in your favorite high speed blender, pour into a tall glass or insulated travel bottle and enjoy!
