Air Fried Firm Silken Tofu with Ponzu

This is a simple way to add big, bold flavors to the neutral flavors of tofu, and adds some texture as well.

You can enjoy this alone or over some brown or wild rice.

Crumble one package of firm silken tofu into large bite-sized pieces.

Place 4-5 ginger slices over the tofu and drizzle with 2 tsp of the ginger liquid.

Add a teaspoon each of low sodium soy sauce or tamari, Ponzu and sesame oil.

Toss to coat and sprinkle with some

sesame seeds and chopped fresh chive.

Air fry for 15 minutes.
