1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1 celery stalk, ends removed, chopped
1 radish, chopped
2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1.5 TBSP white wine vinegar
Generous pinch of season salt
Mix. Chill. Serve! Perfect in a sandwich or atop a bed of lettuce.
