Buffalo Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps

6 large iceberg lettuce leaves

3/4 cup radish sprouts or thinly sliced radish

2 ounces crumbled vegan feta

3 TBSP chopped parsley or cilantro

1 cauliflower, in bite-size pieces


Coat the cauliflower in baking spray and then toss with 3 TBSP butter and 3-4 TBSP hot sauce (depends how spicy you like it.)

Roast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and finish in the airfryer for 10 minutes or until crispy and browning, mixing once in the middle.

Assemble the wraps and enjoy!
