Smokey Margarita:
2 ounces tequila or mezcal (sub seltzer for a mocktail and add 2 fresh mint leaves, slightly muddled)
Juice from 1/2 lime
4 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
Pinch of salt
Just mix and garnish with a lime wedge and serve over ice.
Sweet Pea Guacamole:
2 ripeavocado, mashed
1/4 cup fresh green peas, blanched
1 TBSP seasoned pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp each Smokey harissa + kosher salt (adjust to your taste)
1.5 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
Mix and serve with fresh sliced veggies or your favorite corn chip.
