Coffee Junkie

Though Intermittent Fasting I do most days, I still need something to break that fast. To break that fast, or start the day earlier with breakfast itself. Regardless of when I eat, coffee is always how I start my day.

Turn your fix into a smoothie! Two meals, one big cup.

In a high-speed blender or Nutribullet add:

½ c. cold brew or cold, day old coffee

1 small or 3/4 large peeled, sliced, frozen banana

1½ tsp cacao powder

1 TBSP peanut butter

1-2 pitted dates (depending how sweet you want it to be)


Once well combined, add your favorite non-dairy milk or creamer. I like Califia Farms almond creamer when I want something more filling, but coconut, hemp or oat milk to finish it off.
