Keep It Simple!

Breakfast, brunch, lunch. Whatever you call your first meal of the day, it doesn't have to be complex to be delicious. A few good, easy ingredients go a long way.

Want one delicious option?

Here you go.

Toast an English muffin or 2 slices of gluten-free bread.

Top it with a mashed avocado

Scramble the equivalent of 2 eggs (I use JUST brand)

Add 1 slice or 1/4 cup of shredded vegan cheese (Chao, Violife or Daiya)

Mix in a few chives

Pile it onto the avocado
