Keep it simple!

Food doesn’t have to be fussy...


  • Fire up your grill

  • Slice a napa cabbage in quarters

  • Shuck some corn (or let someone else do it for you...)

  • Drizzle both with extra virgin olive oil

  • Add your favorite seasoning (dried chives, parsley, salt, red pepper flakes, Old Bay...whatever)

  • Grill 'til they start to char

  • Drizzle the cabbage with a little extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze

  • Schmear some plant-based butter on the corn

...Serve!


Leftovers? No problem!

  • Chop up that cabbage

  • Shear the kernels off the corn

  • Add diced cucumber and avocado

  • Toss in some cannellini or garbanzo beans if you’re craving a little protein

  • Mix with white balsamic or red wine vinegar and a bit more oil

  • Throw in some fresh herbs if you have...
