Marinated Broiled Tofu

In a large Ziploc bag with four slices of fresh ginger, Japanese bbq sauce, a little maple syrup and sesame oil. After a few hours, cut the tofu into large chunks and pour, with the marinade, onto a lined baking sheet.

Broil for 10-15 minutes on high. Garnish with chopped scallion and enjoy hot or cold.
