Mediterranean-inspired Vegan Omelet


Easy, springy for this Indian summer we’re having on the East Coast, and delish!


Sauté up some scallions, dill and toss in some sliced green olives.


Mix in a couple of servings of JUST Egg vegan egg replacer and some double steamed brown lentils.


Toss in some vegan feta crumbles and breakfast is served!
