Roasted Grape Pasta

I keep hearing about roasted grape pasta so I jumped on that bandwagon to see what it was all about. It was worth it!

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

On a lined baking tray, toss a full bunch of seedless red grapes, stems removed, with a handful of walnuts (some whole, some pieces) in a drizzle of olive oil and sea salt.

Roast for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and choose how you’d like to enjoy.

I chose to add some to pasta with a little avocado oil and sea salt, and added some to my salad as well. Next up: maybe a decadent PB+(almost) They would also be great on pancakes or bruschetta…
