Seaweed Wraps

I love mixing flavors, textures and even proteins, for a satisfying meal that can tide me over on a long day. This was a delicious experiment I hope you’ll enjoy.


Lay 3 sheets of nori (seaweed) on a board.


Into each one, building layers, add:


thinly sliced scallions

seaweed salad

thinly sliced carrots

air fried tofu pieces

scrambled vegan egg


Roll the seaweed like a burrito and seal each wrap with a thin strip of hoisin sauce.
