Grab a couple of sweet potatoes and a sharp knife and you’ve got a healthy, sweet and savory baked fry in about 45 minutes! Heat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a foil lined baking tray with oil (I prefer avocado oil.)
Slice 2 large sweet potatoes into thin, even, French-fry like strips Like them in a single layer on your pan and spray them with the same oil. Sprinkle them with everything bagel seasoning (THAT’s the twist for this recipe!) and a little kosher salt.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until crispy. Your healthy non-fried fries are served!
