Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Slice one block of extra firm tofu into 8 pieces.
1/4 cup of coconut milk
1 heaping TBSP of fig jam
1 squeeze of lime juice
1 tsp fresh, minced ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
Pour the marinade over the tofu and bake until the jam starts to caramelize. For a little dear, transfer the baked pieces to a hot skillet with a bit of sesame oil. Serve warm or cold.
