Ingredients
4 liquid vegan eggs
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup vegan butter
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup potato starch
1.25 cups mini vegan dark chocolate chips
Grease a 9x13 pan with baking spray.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Whisk together the vegan eggs, and oil.
Continue whisking and add the sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder, and salt.
When all of the ingredients are completely blended together, add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter in to the pre-greased pan.
Bake at 350ºF for 25-35 minutes.
