The Gooiest Fudgiest Brownies

Decadent. Rich. Over the top. And feel free to add berries or non-dairy ice cream or whipped cream because you can!

Ingredients

  • 4 liquid vegan eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/4 cup vegan butter

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup potato starch

  • 1.25 cups mini vegan dark chocolate chips


  • Grease a 9x13 pan with baking spray.

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

  • Whisk together the vegan eggs, and oil.

  • Continue whisking and add the sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder, and salt.

  • When all of the ingredients are completely blended together, add the chocolate chips.

  • Pour the batter in to the pre-greased pan.

  • Bake at 350ºF for 25-35 minutes.
