Un-Smoothe Smoothie or Cereal-less Cereal?

No matter what you call it, it works.


Go get your berries!

You can measure if you want, or do what I tend to do and just go with it (great movie by the way if you haven't seen it! It stars #adamsandler #jenniferaniston #nicolekidman #davematthews #brooklyndecker #droppinadevlin)... but I digress.


Grab your favorite cereal bowl.


Add a half cup pineapple and a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup each of blueberries and raspberries. Having said that, this is yours to create so if you prefer melon or blackberries or strawberries...just go with it!


Add a little bit, about 1/8 of a cup, of dried coconut pieces (I like Bare brand) and about the same (or a touch more) of their dried apple pieces and your favorite raw, unsalted nut. I chose almonds but walnuts would be great.


Drizzle some non-dairy milk over the top (I chose oat milk,) perhaps a little agave or maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth, and voila! You have yourself a healthy, nutritious, high-fiber, vitamin-rich, super tasty breakfast (and a pretty one at that!)
