Who doesn't love nachos when on game day (even if you just watch for the commercials?)
These all veggie nachos may be just what you've been waiting for!
Nachos are meant to be fun so there are no rules here. I just wanted to create something tasty and party-like that was a little less indulgent but still packed a great punch of flavor.

Remember. No rules - this is what I came up with based on what I had in the pantry. Make this or revise it to make it your own. Just enjoy!
Grab some Food Should Taste Good multigrain tortilla chips and scatter them around a dinner plate. In the center sprinkled Violife cheddar shreds and melt the cheese in the oven or microwave. The oven is always better but the microwave saves you time.
Once the cheese is melted, add pieces of artichoke hearts (trust me!) black pitted olives and diced cherry tomatoes. Then heat up some Vegan Valley Nacho Queso and drizzle a few tablespoons over the top.
Last, spread a nice ring of your favorite salsa around the the center of the plate and top it off with a few tablespoons of mashed avocado sprinkled with fresh lime juice.
Super tasty, interesting flavor combination and looks festive on any casual party table.
