Blackberry and Coconut Overnight Oats

I love oatmeal, and overnight oats are a great source of healthy comfort food, especially this version! The tart and sweet blackberry jam with a hint of coconut is such a wonderful combination.

The good news? This would be just as tasty hot on a cold morning too! Just cook the oats in water and add a TBSP of oat milk when you mix in the other ingredients to thicken:


1 cup Malk organic oat milk

1 cup oats

1.5 TBSP blackberry jam

1/8 cup maple syrup

1 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut
