Crisp Greek-ish Salad

I found these delicious, superfood-filled dolmades (quinoa stuffed grape leaves) at Trader Joe’s and they inspired this version of a Greek-style salad we devoured.


in a large bowl combine:

1.5 cups chopped snow peas

1.5 cups chopped sugar snap peas

1 can drained, organic garbanzo beans

2 chopped romaine hearts

2 TBSP chopped fresh dill

1 can Trader Joes quinoa-stuffed dolmades

3 ounces Violife feta, crumbled

1/2 cup crispy chickpea snacks

1 TBSP za’atar

A few TBSP olive oil

The juice of one lemon

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar


Mi well and enjoy on repeat!
